• It’s much easier to buy high-quality linseed oil, than to choose among a huge number of defective tablets;
• Linseed oil does not cause side effects in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract;
• It’s difficult to resist the opportunity to replace your daily diet refined sunflower oil in high-quality cold-pressed linseed oil.

If you have a hereditary, chronic pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas), the reception of fish fats trigger a relapse. It is hard to find full and truthful information about drugs that contain fish oil. Not all supplements pass molecular differentiation, and in the process unhealthy fats are singled out. A linseed oil in this situation is definitely preferable.

Fish oil reduces blood clotting, and there is an assumption that taking fish oil can prolong bleeding in trauma. Although some research data deny this fact, but taking fish oil before the operation is clearly not worth it.
